PAID LEAVE

 

Employees accrue personal leave per year which can be used for vacation, personal holidays and for family or personal illness. Unused leave is cumulative.

 

HEALTH, DENTAL AND VISION INSURANCE

 

Sancorp Consulting LLC provides health care and dental insurance through a Preferred Provider Network. Additionally, Sancorp Consulting LLC offers a vision PPO with low co-pays for routine vision exams and lenses.  

 

OTHER INSURANCE

 

Sancorp Consulting LLC offers free disability and life insurance, as well as business travel accident insurance.

 

RETIREMENT SAVINGS

 

Sancorp Consulting LLC encourages employees to contribute a tax-deferred portion of their income to a 401(k) plan. Sancorp Consulting LLC pays all administrative costs. 

 

Company contributions to an employee’s 401(k) account are fully (100%) vested.
